Access to Fairways:
From the car park, at the front of building, there are two steps up to a small patio area leading to the entrance conservatory. Keys are provided to allow access through the main door at check-in.
Layout of Fairways:
There are 2 ground floor rooms (the Four Poster and a Superior Double) off the hallway. The dining room is one step down from the hallway and is on the level and is carpeted.
There is a mezzanine floor up a flight of stairs with 15 steps. This floor contains a double and a superior double room. Both rooms have 2 steps down from a corridor into the bedroom area. Both these rooms are at the rear of the building.
The first floor is up a further flight of stairs (4 steps). There are two doubles and another superior double/family/twin room. One double is at the back of the property, the other 2 rooms overlook the front of the property.
