From the M5:
M5 Junction 31 (South of Exeter) – Follow signs for A38 / A380 Plymouth / Torquay When the road splits, take left fork for A380 Torquay. At large Newton Abbott roundabout, take 2nd left for Torquay. Follow this road straight through to Torquay until it splits. At this time you should have Torre Railway Station and ‘Halfords’ on your right, with a sign in front of you stating: ‘Brixham, Paignton, Sea Front and Harbour’ Take the right fork – this is Avenue Road. Fairways is on the right hand side approximately 800 metres further on at the next set of traffic lights. From the West: Head for Plymouth and then the A38 towards Exeter After South Brent take A385 to Totnes and Paignton When in Paignton follow signs for Torquay (A379) Follow the road around the Bay, past the Corbyn Head and Livermead hotels, until you come to the traffic lights at the Grand Hotel and the signpost to Torquay Railway Station Turn left onto Rathmore Road. This becomes Falkland Road after the Railway Station

Access to Fairways:From the car park, at the front of building, there are three steps up to a small patio area leading to the entrance conservatory. Keys are provided to allow access through the main door at check-in.
Layout of Fairways:
There are 2 ground floor rooms (the Four Poster and a Superior Double) off the hallway. The dining room is one step down from the hallway and is on the level and is carpeted.
There is a mezzanine floor up a flight of stairs with 15 steps. This floor contains a double and a superior double/twin room. Both rooms have 2 steps down from a corridor into the bedroom area. Both these rooms are at the rear of the building.
The first floor is up a further flight of stairs (4 steps). There are two doubles and another superior double/family/twin room. One double is at the back of the property, the other 2 rooms overlook the front of the property.
