Great hotel 1st class cleanliness everything you would need in your room, nice modern rooms friendly hosts, will return again when we visit Torquay. Cean, good location for sea front, offroad private car park, excellent facilities, helpful staff, breakfast brilliant - fresh fruit and whatever you wanted, as much as you like! Tea and biscuits on arrival and daily. A lovely hotel, superbly ran. The room was spotless and very well maintained. The bed had a new memory foam mattress and was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful. Breakfast was between 8 and 9, the staff could not be more accommdating regards your needs. Best hotel I have ever stayed in and would readily recommend it to anyone. Janet and Chris were friendly, helpful, efficient. Room was spacious, well equipped. Toiletries etc good quality and plentiful. Breakfast excellent. Very good up-market B&B on only level ground in a hilly town. The owners were very friendly and seemed very willing to make sure their guests were happy. Attention to detail was great, even fresh bottles of water were left in the room every morning. Good variety offered at breakfast time too - the cooked breakfast was delicious! Perfect place for a short break. The hotel was lovely and Chris & Janet who run it are amazing and so friendly, can't fault anything ... Very warm welcome to an excellent hotel. Owners very friendly and caring, rooms modern and clean, with little touches to make your stay more enjoyable. Exellent breakfast. The whole experience was excellent, from the greeting when we arrived, the attentive and helpful service whilst we settled in and the same at breakfast, particularly as they catered for my partner who is a celiac and has an intolerance of wheat and Gluten, it was nice to stay somewhere that understood. Eva Dr Lack, Berlin Chris and Janet were extremely friendly and welcoming, the room was lovely and a lot of thought had gone into making the it comfortable, with lots of additional touches I was not expecting in a guest house. I was travelling alone and felt very safe there. It was a wonderful place to call home for a few days.
